WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • 2 cup pomegranate molasses*

  • 16 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped

  • 1/2 cup olive oil

  • 4 tablespoon ground ginger

  • 4 tablespoon ground cinnamon

  • 8 teaspoons ground cumin, divided

  • 6 teaspoons paprika

  • 2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon pepper

  • 8 pounds lamb loins, cut into 3/4-inch

  • pomegranate seeds

  • torn basil leaves

  • Peppers in between
