Lamb Kabob Marinade
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
2 cup pomegranate molasses*
16 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup olive oil
4 tablespoon ground ginger
4 tablespoon ground cinnamon
8 teaspoons ground cumin, divided
6 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
8 pounds lamb loins, cut into 3/4-inch
pomegranate seeds
torn basil leaves
Peppers in between
